Did my problems magically disappear or what's going on?

Before I got on birth control pills when I was 13, my acne was the WORST. It was so bad that my whole face was red and with bumps it looked. All over. And my periods were extremely heavy, painful, irregular, unpredictable. So I got a gynecologist and she put me on a 28 day cycle pill after trying a few others and I was on that from August 2010 until last October of 2014. Then when I saw my gynecologist in October, I told her I want to get my period less often so we agreed to try Seasonique which is an extended cycle birth control pill. I stopped that pill at least a month ago. But my skin is still pretty clear and no period or anything.

Did you tell your doctor you stopped?

It's hard to know how your body will react to not being on some sort of pill or whatever until you actually stop it. My thought is if it's not broken don't fix it XD Are you trying to get pregnant or?

I told them that I got off the birth control and wouldn't get my period so they said to get an authorization to come in for irregular periods and then they left me a voicemail a couple days ago saying they got an authorization and I can schedule an appointment. Then I was like whatever. But I just woke up and noticed I started getting bleeding so I have no idea what's been going on with my body.

I'm not trying to get pregnant now

You probably didn't have the right type of birth control or the pill just isn't for you. There are a ton of other options so maybe you could look into those.

I'm not sure I don't know much about birth control. I just know that what you had wasn't the right thing for your body and you may need to try a different type or just go with a different option.

I have just started my period too and I actually do remember having some bleeding a few weeks ago. It seems like my periods could be getting regular, I don't know

Maybe you should just wait and see how things go.

Maybe a couple of weeks or a month. You should give it time to get out of your system

When did you stop taking it? If it has been awhile then it's gone and there is no waiting to do.

It's been a month maybe. I can't remember the date even though the number 21 comes to mind

Ok well then if you are have any problems or questions then you might want to ask your doctor. I don't know much about birth control pills just condoms.
