Nutrition plays a big role in energy..
That said, you're still a kid, growing uses energy and as a teenager, I would fall asleep anytime and anywhere for twelve hours.. Now I sleep, maybe 6-7... Why? I'm finished growing... Well, I'm no longer growing up... Lol

When you sleep a lot, your body is going to crave more sleep. I would recommend conforming to a sleep schedule no more than 8 hours everyday and good portion sized meals
i can't sleep well and feel tired!!! in your case maybe because you don't feed yourself right

Probably food gives your body energy
So if you are not really eating , your going to feel tiredIt's probably because you're not eating enough.
