Well to lose weight fast yoy need to create a workout and meal plan that fit together.
What you can do for exercise is:
*Run 1.5m - 3m (every day)
*Do a 30min Cardio/Ab/Leg workout routine
*Follow a workout video such as: T25, Insanity, P90X, Zumba, etc.
Now if you want the results to happen at a quicker pace. You can do the following:
*No IceCream
*No Starbucks
*No Candy, Candy Bars
*No pastries (Danishes, Brownies, Cupcakes, Muffins, Cakes, etc)
*No Milk (You can replace regular 1% or 2% milk with either Almond Milk or Silk Milk.
*Eat more Cabbage, Spinach, Lettuce, Romaine Hearts, Peppers, Tomatoes.
*Eat an Apple everyday
If you want i can give you one of the workout routines i made, it only takes 30min a day and you'll feel tge results in 1-2weeks.

I eat whatever I want and I don't exercise and I still have an extremely sexy body. I'm blessed I guess.
Oh! Good Question. Don't do LONG workouts. Do intense shorter workouts. I wish I still had the link to the video I found on the web. It tricks your body into burning more calories longer. Long workouts get your body to hoard fat.
