Yes. I workout about 3-4 times a week. I do Insanity so it's very intensive. They recommend 5-6 days for the program, but it was unrealistic for my lifestyle. I'm a nurse and on my feet for 12 hour shifts, so I was actually developing tendonitis and other foot problems from doing too many plyo workouts in additions to my shifts at work.
I don't count my calories anymore. I've done enough years of dieting and healthy eating to know what and how much is smart for me. I eat when I'm hungry and make good choices. I "cheat" sometimes. I've found that while this strategy has caused my weight loss to be slower, it's also been more permanent.
5'2'' and was 131 lbs. I'm now 120 and attempting to lose about 5 more while putting on more muscle. It's higher on the weight side for a 5'2'' person, but my body fat % has decreased significantly, and I'm curvy naturally.

I did loose weight, now I'm getting in shape.. Does that count?
I was 5'7" and 160 lbs
Now I'm 120 ish. I was less but have gained some muscle weight.
When I was loosing weight I didn't really workout. At first I was super unhealthy and bulimic.. Lost 20 lbs that way..
Then I got it together , got active and ate better. I got a tracker and stayed around 14-1600 calories a day, less leaves you without energy. Lots of veggies and fruit. I started more tofu, less meat and bread, no soda.
Now I eat pretty healthy, still have a really active job and workout 3x a week. Fighting the jiggle ;)

I have 3 meals a day, breakfast, a cooked meal, and a salad
