weight loss pills, work out gimmicks, special diets seen on TV,...it's all around to make a buck off the consumer. Most if not all of these supplements and weight loss pills are not regulated by the FDA.

Many claim to be composed of natural ingedients, but hey, there's one problem...what may affect you internally may not affect someone else.

Your best bet is to stick to 3-6 meals a day...the more meals the smaller the portion and to make sure that you eat a balanced intake of food. You should have proteins, carbs and fats as they are essential to your bodily functions.

I must also add that drinking water is VITAL. Your body relies on water to function correctly and efficiently.

pills and patches don't do anything. they're either diuretics, caffein, or both. in either case, any weight you lose will be put back on as soon as you quit taking the pills.

you shudnt use weight loss pills ..my friend did and now she needs a liver transplant.. v_v
