How much weight did you lose? and How?

For people who lost weight ONLY, Well I'm 16 years old Last year today I was 232 pounds and Now I'm 135 pounds All I needed to lose weight was Motivation, Dedication, Determination, Patience, With hardwork. The main thing I did was changed my diet and I worked out but, the majority of what I did was change my diet. I am only half way there to my dream Time to start building muscles I wish I tool before pictures but I was very insecure.
