I unfortunately only lost weight one time in my life and that's when I became a teenager. It's been all down hill from there. my current weight is close to 195 lbs. But I am also on the see food diet... good luck! I know it's possible to do! I did see a DNA food option on tv hold on..
www.helix.com/
I've been on the see food diet too lol.
That DNA food option seems pretty interesting
easy... eat whatever you want
take your body weight times 10-15
starting at 15 and eating those amount of calories...
every two weeks drop one... until you reach your body weight times 10
and exercise if you like... it will shed easy breezy
Wow! That seems really straightforward. Have you ever tried that?
Trust
It's science my man... it's that easy. I have at least 10 years of digesting this type of information... I think I read Arnold's encyclopedia at like 16 or 17 maybe...
yes and I said it doesn't matter what you eat --> if just weight loss if your goal
you can eat hamburgers, pizzas, ... fries... cakes... anything you wish --> just make sure the calories are correct!
easy peasy... you can do it mate
and if you prefer not to eat in the mornings... like some people prefer not to
you can intermittent fast
--> which is you don't eat for 12-16 hours during the day then eat all your calories during a 8 hour window
that sheds fat fast... and you get to enjoy nice big meals
but you have to be one that likes to skip breakfast kinda guy
I'm definitely someone who likes to skip breakfast lol
Thanks for the awesome tips TripleAce 👍
then you are super lucky... cause this a fat shredder... thousands of people get ripped with intermittent fasting. So ill give you an example
weight 200 times 15 - 3000 calories
8 hours sleep
wake up - 9:00
HITT cardio - 10-20 mins
3pm - 1000 calorie meal. burger and fries
7pm - 1000 calorie meal, stir fry, huge plate
10 pm - 500 calories of ice cream, 500 calories of chips
losing weight!
next week do it with 14 ... thats 2800 calories
make sense bud?
Damn! That sounds totally doable. Thanks for the example
198 lbs and my weight goes back from around wit 195 lbs to around 200 lbs. I don't plan on losing weight but neither do I plan on gaining weight. I just stay at this weight because I like how my body looks and I'm still healthy this way. (Keep in mind I am 5'11)
Around 62kg / 136lbs. I'm now at 52/53 / 115lbs. What I did: a 6 week summer school in South Korea which required me to walk up a hill from hell (my dormitory / uni were located at a mountain) every day and a Korean diet.
I track my calories. I don't eat more than 1400 kcal per day. But its not like I have to be hungry all the time. If you eat healthy, 1400 calories are a lot.
I was at 93kg (205ibs) last summer and then lost about 15kg (33ibs) in about 3 months with calories counting and sports.
Nice! Did you play any particular sport?
I was going to gym, walking a lot and went swimming. I'd like to lose 15kg more but I lost motivation.

After having a knee problem, I blew up to 210 lbs (I am 5'11), and got back down to 150 by running, climbing a lot stairs, lifting some light weights and altering my diet (Paleo/Mediterranean).
Congratulations on the weight loss! How did you handle the knee pain?
The weight gain came about because I didn't run, having been told to rest my knee, which I did for two years. I didn't adjust my diet, weight gain ensued and then the knee started hurting because I was too heavy, so I knew I had to lose weight to solve the underlying problems. I wasn't confident about running on the knee at first, tried swimming and walking steps. After I lost a few kilos, one day I just decided to try running on it, was able to do it pain-free and then I just gradually increased my speed and distance. The weight came off so rapidly (in 3 months) that people at work thought I was terminally ill.
Wow! I guess cardio exercise is the key.
Why did your doctor have you stop running and rest your knee in the first place?
He said I just needed to rest it after pain showed up during a run, i. e., there was no structural damage. I still don't know exactly what caused the pain- I used the same brand of running shoes before and after and haven't had a problem since.
Diet is actually the primary factor, but exercise helps, also biochemically.
I think the hevieat I've been was like 135 lbs and I may or may not have lost weight I'm not entirely sure
Were you overweight at the time?
No I've been underweight my entire life
What's your secret lol? Do you exercise alot? Or eat very little?
I don't eat a lot but I'm also kinda just naturally skinny
78 KG
And that is last time I weighed myself. Now I eat a bit less and Will sport more and see the magic happen. Never had trouble losing
That's a good strategy. I was around 78 kg a few months ago before jumping up to 84 kg
Do you play any sports in particular?
My highest weight was 67kg/147lbs. But I was 5’9” so I wasn’t even overweight. And I lost it by developing an eating disorder. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend
235lbs, but the situation was very different. I gained on purpose to change my set point, and the only thing l did to lose 30lbs was go back to normal eating. I hated 235 and couldnt wait to drop back down. Got to 205 as planned and stayed there until my marriage went sideways, losing another 30 due to stress. Trying to get back up to 205 again, and hoping like hell I don't have to do it the same way again.
My heaviest was 67kg (I'm 168cm, so it was very close to overweight range) and I lost weigt by developing an eating disorder and I got to my lowest weight, 44.5kg.
I was 110kg when I was in the army. Had a stroke and now I'm only 65kg (6 years later)
160 pounds while pregnant. Currently I'm trying to lose 20ish pounds with exercise and diet.
92 kg (my current weight) and nothing, im trying to gain more
My highest weight was 51. Just go to a gym and eat healthy
100 kgs lost 20kgs in a year
Congratulations! Did you change your diet or exercise routine in any way?
I currently weigh 152 lbs. and this is easily the heaviest I've ever been (I'm 5'11" BTW).
My max. Was 65 kg. i lost weight after i left the army
130 lbs was my heaviest.
Oh, but I lost it by diet and exercise. Wholegrain carbs, tubers, healthy fats like avocados and nuts, dark leafy greens, fruits, lean proteins.
54kg 🙃🙃 I always had been in my 40s...
70kgs I lost a few kgs by pushing out a baby.
I'm at my heaviest weight so far which is 162 lbs
115 lbs
