I am officially the heaviest Asian girl in my school.. help?

First things first.. Im insecure with my weight and how my stomach looks on the side. I've been motivated in the past to workout but Id eventually stop. When I get bored, I dont have the motivation to, even when I have the time /: its my senior year and I could've been appx 135lbs -healthy weight- by now if I stayed committed ever since senior yr started..

I weigh 150lbs 5'5 now and Im literally the heaviest Asian in school. I need help staying motivated.. I've tried most things from music, pics, to videos, and my goals of why I NEED to lose weight now.. Im literally over weight now and I just need help..

I never really cared about my weight in the past since it was between healthy weight, but now that Im overweight, I need to focus on being back on being on average healthy weight and technically be more fit..

I can't believe Im saying this, but Im 139lbs now! I started proportioning my food to eating mostly veggies, and only eating enough to not make me not that full :D Im starting to see a diffy! Haha
