Sorry, I wish I could tell you differently but there really is no quick fix, let alone a healthy one. It is good that you overcame your eating disorder, I hope you keep it that way. I lost weight by running and walking, and now I swear by it. I'm not gonna lie, it sucks at first, but after the first couple days it gets better. After a couple weeks, you start to enjoy it! It boosts your mood and self esteem, as well as making it easier to control what you eat. And if you do it, you won't have anything to hide from your parents. Think about, running makes you live longer, crash diets decrease your life span.

So you're currently 5'6" and 8 stone 9, which in the American system equals 115 pounds. For your height, this is very small and you should really really just focus on toning your body at your current weight rather than losing more weight, especially with your history of eating disorders. I know that this is not what you want to hear, but losing 9 pounds would be incredibly unhealthy for someone at your height.
