What's the worst bad habit out of these?

Cigarettes

They're all bad but drugs are the worst: you never know what you get: one day it's 'soft', a month later the same dealer/pusher sells you something with the same name but twice (or more) as strong. Then you get used to it and one day it's the OD... or not, it's just the paranoia. (bad trip). And that bad trip can go over or it can come back for years under certain circumstances, sometimes once in a year or less, sometimes more often. Then the addict takes drugs to 'get over it'... until...

Alcohol causes cancer too, and cigarettes don't turn you into an abusive piece of shit.

Alcohol causes cirrhosis and some kidney diseases, but not cancer, althoug, you are right about the abusiveness. Anyway, smokers poison other people with their cigarette smoke, whilst alcoholics are poisoning only themselves.

Cigarettes are not that bad in moderation
Drugs like meth and heroin are awful because you can get addicted in one hit
Alcohol will destroy a family but in a longer time but in moderation, wine is great for you, it's like having a handful of grapes from time to time

So I will go with drugs

Cigarettes and alcohol are both types of drugs. They may not be illegal, but they're still drugs which is why I choose B.

Cocaine is harmful, heroine is deadly, cannabis sativa is not bad but damages your mental health
