How to make bruises go away and not hurt?

I have bruises on my legs from wrestling and being clumsy and my knee hurts really bad and is there any remidies to help it heal and anyway to make my knee stop. hurting besides heat and ice.

The best way is to use a couple of leeches, but that idea may horrify you.
Plastic surgeons usually keep a fish tank of pet leeches, which they use to remove bruising, prevent swelling and scarring and to stimulate blood flow as required.

i'm clumsy and often end up with bruises too.. i normally use Geldene.. and it workd perfectly
