I... I personally understand your plight and have had to take care of mine. Here's my tips:
- Firstly, try to find alternative coping mechanisms to it so this is a one time thing. I'd recommend possibly trying to replace the knife with a pen instead, or at least a blunt edge. It sometimes works as a catharsis and can really help. There's also stuff like punching things or kicking things until you hurt (since the microfractures from that tend to hurt but also allows you to grow back stronger, quite literally), but just try to find a healthy way of taking care of that. (Personally, I took up drinking as my emergency out, but I have been mostly sober ever since, since I'm underage and it's unhealthy.)
- Try to use Vitamin E lotions or moisturizing lotions, and possibly Aloe Vera. Keep in mind the results aren't going to be immediate and will most likely make them mostly fade instead of getting rid of them completely, but keep at it. Skin cell turnover takes like 28 days or so. Be patient. Mine have faded and I hope yours do too.
I know it's a long road to recovery, and I know it can be hard, especially without support from your parents. But I'm hoping you can recover well, and I'm proud of you for trying to take the first step of not cutting and asking for help to heal, even if in this situation it's only physically.
Your feelings are valid and I wish you well :)

My grandmother used to swear by cocoa butter and vitamin e oil to prevent stretch marks and stop scarring and she had 11 kids and no stretch marks or so I was told.
But I would let them heal up as much as possible and that tattoo over themFirst they shouldn't be hurting if they're scars. Scar tissue is dead tissue with dead nerve endings.
But vitamin E can help conceal them.I'm not giving you any more advice if you can't take it
