I recommend veganism especially high carb low fat. It's the easiest meal lifestyle ie been on. I've never eaten this much in my life yet I am losing weight (I've lost 4lbs). And trust me you won't miss cheese. If you need suggestions on what to eat check essena oniell on YouTube and Paula poupette.
But I understand veganism isn't for Everyone. This will help you lose weight on a traditional diet but it will take longer (and I don't think it's as healthy long term.)
losing weight is extremely simple. Exercise at least three times a week for an hour and eat balanced meals. A proper plate should consist of 1/2 veggies or fruit, 1/4 complex carb (such as brown rice, quinoa or wheat bread, etc), and your protein should be the size of your palm. For exercise I think weight lifting is most effective (don't worry about getting bulky, women lack the necessary hormones to get muscles like men), I think it's more effective because it burns calories long, and build lean muscle which burns calories by just existing. If you want bigger muscles (example, larger butt or arms) then do heavy weighted exercises with low reps (low weight high rep) and if you want smaller leaner muscle do low weights high rep (this basically toned preexisting muscle. And add about 20mins of cardio of your choice. This is what I find most affective but great at home workouts like blogilates or tone it up on YouTube are great and free.
Staying motivated us hard, but I suggest making a vision board. It sound stupid but it works (mine has a picture if my setting or before body and next to it are a bunch of pictures of my dream body) seeing how far I had come or was going really set the tone of my day and reminded me what I was working for. I also keep one picture of my dream body on the fridge so that it reminds me to make smart choices about what I'm eating

Keep up the good work as far as exercising goes. Your body can plateau, so add some sprints into your run. Weightlifting is also one of my favorites as far as toning and isolating certain muscles. Most importantly, healthy diet. You may have heard the saying abs are made in the gym, seen in the kitchen. As a female, the 'pudge' is the hardest to work on. Make sure you have a balanced diet. You may be tempted to eat less, but that's so counterproductive. Your body will think you're trying to starve yourself and guess what-- store more fat!
There are a lot of articles on the web regarding foods that promote fat loss. Remember, not all fats are bad! Olive oil and avocados are healthy fats and PROMOTE weight loss if eaten in healthy amounts.
Bodybuilding. com is my favorite site for health and excercise tips.
Substitute your meals with lean protien shakes (not for bulking) such as herbalife like I use. Two times a day and eat lean protien such as fish, chicken breast or small portion of steak. Snack I'm fruit during the day and plenty of water. Also take up weightlifting, as a woman you don't have enough testosterone to get huge she hulk muscles those are done with the help of pharmaceutical aids and huge weights. When you lift don't do low weight high reps but do moderate dumbells such as 25lbs or so do squats and such. The creation of lean muscle will not just turn your metabolism on high but more muscle requires more energy I. E calories and if your cutting calories and eating lean proteins more fat will be used to help fuel muscles. Running will help with cardiovascular but say you burn 300calories in half hour running you easy gain it back on one meal. Weightlifting is a gift that keeps on giving tightens your thighs gives you a shapely bum (I know woman care about that) but most importantly when your done lifting your body is consuming more calories as it heals the worked out muscles and makes then stronger over time also toner. When your done running your no longer burning calories. Don't be afraid of weightlifting it's very much overlooked by most woman and do yourself a favor and google the benefits of weightlifting for woman and you'll see it will help you out a ton more than pure cardio
you can't do spot fat reduction, it just doesn't work. for every 3500 calorie deficit you create, you will lose approximately one pound, so cardio is the most important fat burner. there will come a point where you've lost enough weight to see the ab workouts paying off, just keep trying!

try shorter but more intense exercises, such as HIIT and focus on diet.
You can't lose weight in one area. You will need to lose fat in general, then workout your abs through sit ups and other ab based workouts to strengthen the abs.
You're not overweight at all though, so it could just be skin. If you get a "belly" when you sit down, everyone does and you can't get rid of that. You don't loose fat on a particular place, you loose fat everywhere. So just continue. But to burn fat, you need low intensity cardio and for a long period. Its better to run 1 hour at low speed, than 1/2 hour at high speed. Abs exercises are OK to get strong flat ab muscle, but they don't burn fat, so you need to focuss on both.
Do more overall body strength training. The calorie burn is enormous compared to pure cardio, which will help your body burn more fat overall.
Cardio is still important because that trains your heart muscle, but incorporate more strength training. Hit those weights!-Go for cardio exercise everyday for two hours.
-eat less food (even if you are hungry)
-sleep less
-drink more water
-try to eat food with less oilThere are no exercises that will make you lose belly fat. You can lose overall fat, but you'll have to adjust your diet.
Wow your lucky! I wish I was 130 lbs I been at 163 for to damn long. But I eat to much sweet or I alway add something sweet in my diet which is my bad! Anyway your at a good weight I say! I am 5.5 as consider to big even my waist is big it 41 inches!
I have been wondering the same lately because my stomach is horrible and what people are saying, just do work out at gym and that's it? LOL, which one?
You can't lose fat from one specific area. Keep up with the exercise and do more to strengthen your abdominal muscles. That's the most you can do.
I lost over 50 lbs with biggest loser work out yoga. I liked it. What do you have to lose, it's worth a try. But with abbs workouts be careful, cause that pudge will turn to muscle and stay.
It sounds like you have a good grasp on your exercise, how's the diet?
You can't choose where you want to lose weight, that's not how it works. You can est food that won't make you look bloated, you can workout and you can diet, but you can't target belly fat.
drink water, do abs crunches, running, intake low fat, it will take some time but worth a shot!
