What shoukd I do , call 911 ?

My neck hurts really bad and when I move it hurts more and it hurts to yawn and swallow and it's numb also I feel like its closing. My throat is red on the inside and I feel like I have a fever , I feel faint but I also think now I'm feeling so panicked I'm probably having a panic attack. No one is home what should I do

If your throat feels like it's closing, that could be an allergic reaction. If you have benadryl or another anti-histamine, it could provide some immediate relief. And drink some water, too.
