The FDA doesn't regulate diet pills because they fall under the supplement catagory. So there's no knowing what's in the pills, if they work, or if they help you. Is that really something you want to put in your body?

Why not think about little changes you can make? You could go for a walk or do a workout from YouTube, drink more water, and try to get good sleep. Those are all good ways to start making changes :)

Instead of diet pills try to figure the cause of what is making your weight stall. Hypothyroidism, stress, PCOS, insulin resistance among other hormonal imbalances are possibilities for retention in weight or difficulty losing.
