    Too skinny is debatable. I'd only be worried about it if you were skinny because of a serious problem like an eating disorder. If you aren't skipping meals or doing stuff like that, you probably just have a very high metabolism like my family. I think you are fine the way you are then and not "too skinny." Skinny, yes, but not "too skinny." Just eat normal and don't worry about weight all too much.

    My sister is like 130-140 pounds and a little of 6' tall. No matter how much she eats she stays thin. She is still healthy.

    At your weight you are medically considered underweight for your height, to the point where it probably affects your health in some ways. So yes, too skinny.

    You are way too thin for your height. I'm 5'7" and I can't imagine being under 140 let alone under 100. You NEED to seek medical help.

    A healthy BMI is between 18.5 and 25. Your BMI is 15. That is not healthy.

    I'm 5'6 3/4 and 115Lbs and I'm told I'm skinny. You sound very thin but everyone is different and has different bone structure, you might be at the perfect weight or severely underweight.

    I'm 5'7 & 125 lbs, and I get told I'm skinny.. So yes I'm sure you are "skinny" too.. But everyone has different structures, so it all just depends.

      Lifting heavy weights doesn't necessarily mean gaining weight you can gain weight from low weight at volume, where do people come up with only heavy works

      Because I m a licensed trainer. Personal experience of 15 years lifting and athletic experience and countless books on muscle building. 5 to 10 rep range is generally the most efficient way to build muscle. U can build with lighter weights but unless ur trying to challenge what I know, there's a reason why pros and people who did it way longer than u do it this way. No one said this is the only way u illiterate shit head. I even competed for a short while in muathai at ur age. Sit down, kid.
