While I do have junk food usually for those midnight snacks, I try to eat healthier when I can. I had horrible habits when I was younger but doing cross country helped me change my meals a bit.
6-7 fruits a day is impressive! I usually have some servings of fruit for dinner and a some servings of vegetables. For drinks, I really drink water for the most part, but I also drink a lot of milk. I very rarely get soda to drink (Sprite if I do). Between milk and water though, I probably get equivalent of 8 glasses a day.
So I can't say I eat super healthy, but I don't think my eating habits are absolutely atrocious.
I eat zero fruits and vegetables a day.

I'm a high carb vegan, so for sureeee, I get more than enough. Today I had 5 bananas and two cups of frozen mixed berries in a smoothie for breakfast. For lunch I had 3 giant carrots dipped in hummus with spinach, kale, and various other veggies in a giant salad. For supper I had 5 mangoes and some white rice with tamari. I drank about 2-3 litres of water as well.
i snack on fruits and have fruits as dessert everyday... and when it comes to vegetables i'm always accompany my meals with some veggies

I put effort into making healthy food choices daily
I get most of my nutrients from special multivitamins but I do eat a good amount of physical fruits and vegetables. Water I drink what I can when I can, I usually carry a water bottle around with me at work and refill it several times a day.
Yes, I eat a lot of fruit and vegetables and only minor protein and carbs ( and only healthy carbs)
