I just started the gym... I have gone in Saturday and Sunday. The only thing I have done is cardio... Half an hour on the rowing machine and 10-15 mins on the cross trainers, bike and treadmill each day. Total of how many calories I burnt all together in 2 days is 850 Calories. Is that a good amount?
Okay, so my question is... Like what do I need to do to carry on? Like I go back to collage in September and I got 2 months to go to the gym. Is it possible to see some form of bikini body by then? If so, what do I do? Do I need to do crunches, planks and other simpleminded excersises like that I can simply do on the floor? Do I need to carry on with cardio? Like what do I need to do and HOW regularly :/
