I feel so guilty, can someone help me?

I'm 16 years old, 120-125 lbs, 5'3, athletic, measurements 32-27-35.5, and I just consumed 2700 calories today. I normally eat around 2200-2400 because I'm recovering from an eating disorder but I ate an extra 300 and I'm freaking out. Can someone calm me down before I do something drastic?
I feel so guilty, can someone help me?
