  Oh that's really nice of you :) I want to donate too, but I'm not 18 yet :/ plus I kind of dislike needles (compared to you :p) but I would still do the effort and give blood.

  Its not too bad. Ya gotta plan ahead because it makes you really tired no matter how much water you drink or food you eat it makes ya sleepy :S but ya the needle is fairly large because they don't want to ruin the cells. I think its like a 16ish gauge needle. Some people have too small of veins to do it sometimes :S but ya it feels good plus you can only do it every like eight weeks at the most so you get a good break :) and it doesn't hurt the needle is way sharp I just look away and boop its done :) it can make some people pretty lightheaded and queasy especially if they don't weigh much ya there are free cookies and juice at the end ^-^
