I might be pregnant i dont know because i took the morning after pill and hoping it will work and im about to take this product called Thrive. Will it hurt me in anyway or something?

It would have been nice if you had told us what the product is for. Had to Google it. Its a weight loss supplement. If you're not sure that you're not pregnant then I wouldn't take it. If you're not sure but don't plan on keeping it in case u are then go ahead and take it. You should be fine.
