Should I lose some weight? Any tips to get a really toned stomach?

I'm 16 and 5'4". I weigh a little under 130. Since the beginning of the year I've gained maybe 5-7 lbs. I'm pretty muscular but I think I have a little extra fat. I workout 5-6 times a week but I'm still not very confident with my body.
