The only thing is, I have no idea what machines do what, basically. Obviously, I know what treadmills do, but I'm afraid that I'm going to get in there and look like an idiot, lol.
My initial goals are overall fat reduction (but primarily stomach and man boobs), eventually leading to whole body toning, and then some muscle building. I have no desire to look like a body builder; I just want to be fit and healthy. Ideally, I'd like to lose about 40 pounds.
Are there any experienced people here who can give me some basic starting advice? Like, what should I focus on when I go there, what machines would you recommend, etc?
