Anyone have great tips or treatments I can do for healthy, shiny hair?

I moved to a place that has very hard water and I bought hard water shampoo that has helped, but I have not been able to get it back; it's still a bit dull. I know it sounds easier to fix the water, but I don't have the money for that yet so it'd be cheaper to start with the hair.

Put some coconut oil in your hair before you shower. Use 2-3 teaspoons. More or less depending on how thick your hair is. Especially get the roots and the tips. Tie up your hair loosely and let it soak in for 20-30 minutes. Longer is fine. It'll look greasy, but don't worry! Get in the shower and wash, condition, etc normally. You can usually get a jar of coconut oil for around $4, unless you get the organic, which is more expensive. You can also use it to shave and remove makeup. Some people put it in after they shower, but I've found that greases up my hair too much.

Beer works as an excellent hair tonic. The proteins in beer help repair damaged hair cuticles and provide nourishment to hair follicles. This in turn adds luster and shine to your hair.

Wash your hair with shampoo and then apply flat beer from the root to the ends.
Massage the beer thoroughly into your scalp using circular motions.
Allow it to sit for about five minutes and then rinse it off.
Do this every 2 weeks.

I use argon oil, olive oil for split ends and make hair masks out of beaten eggs:) they all work really well

Nope sorry I didn't explain it properly... I put olive oil in my hair before I shower then rinse it out in the shower, I put argon oil in my hair after showering while it's still wet and brush it through, and I only make a hair mask out of beaten eggs every couple of weeks and rinse it out after about 20 min
