Not possible without repercussions. Even if you could the chances of gaining it back increase due to rapid weight loss. A realistic goal would be 4-8 pounds in a month.

It's extremely harmful and dangerous to do that to your body. Start taking steps to fit into the dress like you want but buy a different dress and save the first dress for another event.
Thats very unhealthy however, you maybe able to if you cut calories and also dropping water weight. But Its very difficult. A realistic number is maybe 10
im going to be a cunt im tell ya the boxers and jockey way its also the way some guy in biggest loser lost weight go into a sauna and wear a plastic bag put baby oil on your self lose all the water weight then after your night out go to the chipper and buy chips and drink as much as you can cause its extremely dangerous to be dehydrated but i would never do it just eat healthy and go for runs best exercise for toneing up is rowing and swimming
You don't... Losing that amount in a month is really unhealthy and not worth it. You got to work to lose weight, and that might take time
Drink lots of water and eat less dairy, exercise just a little bit more than you already do like 10- 15 mins. Also if you eat large portions eat a little less. I lost 15 kgs doing that.
