Eat healthy! Drink plenty of water a day and make sure you get 8 hours of sleep! You can eat healthy and exercise like crazy, but you won't see good results unless you also drink water and make sure you sleep well. You actually burn lots of calories while you sleep isn't that cool?
well quicker would be more intense workouts and a stricter diet, but other than that just keep it at a good decent pace for yourself and your current lifestyle and you will reach your goal in the best way.
