The TRUTH is that for most women it's impossible to get truly bulky or masculine-looking without a very strict diet and exercise program that has that specific goal in mind. should they do? i mean thats entirely up to the girl, its her life. but i dont think they SHOULD just because its becoming a trend. its a pretty huge fucking commitment that requires a lot out of one's life.

Most girls don't have enough lean muscle mass for their own health's sake. So yes, they should, and it's not even about looks. It's about health. It's about helping stave off the effects of osteoporosis.
