I'd check up with a gynecologist or a doctor.
They say irregular patterns can normally last 2-3 years after your first period, but obviously you're past that. But, it has been 4 years. There could be a chance its still normally irregular (lol is that an oxymoron?) anyways, usually it can be a little off, even when you're an adult. But if its skipped 7 months seems a little odd.
Skipping months is pretty normal though. Mine will do the exact same. I'll have it for 3 days one month and think "How lucky am I? Only 3 days omg?" But then, to my luck 2-4 days later it happens again for another 2-3 days. Ughhh. And its skipped a whole 1-2 months. I'd start charting your periods if I were you. Once again, it may be normal but i'd still check up on it, you never know.

I am the exact same way as you. I have also had 3 in a month. If you want, see a doctor, whatever you are comfortable with. If you have a history of yeast infections, that can play a role in it, I know I have. Also, birth control can help regulate your period. Be careful though, birth control effects your reproductive system and can cause birth defects and abnormalities with children. If you are planning to have children, I would not recommend starting the pill. There are some natural remedies you can find online to help regulate if you like. be careful, some are false, as a lot of content on the internet is. Some are mixtures of different herbs and spices, harnessing the natural effects of them. Hope this helps.

Birth control will actually help you get regular periods. I had fairly regular periods but the cramps and mood swings were so bad that I'd end up missing a week of school every month because I couldn't walk. Being on the pill helped me so much and allowed me to continue to do well in school.
So while it's not weird, it's not normal either and you need to see a doctor.Do you track it on an app? The average cycle is 28 days but can be different for some woman. Mine is a 32 day cycle which puts it at a different time every month and slowly moves it through the month each time. :-)
Poor diet and stress. 7 months? wow.. that's too long... don't leave it last minute... to figure this out why... It's best you go to the doc to see why are you having these problems. Could be a fertility problem.
It's not uncommon for someone your age but it's not normal. You'd do well to visit your gynaecologist to learn about going on the pill (or some other form of hormonal birth control) to regulate your periods.
At your age it's normal for your periods to be very irregular, I don't think you should be worried, unless the periods are very heavy or are causing you a lot of pain. If so, then you should see a doctor.
it's probably just irregular but you might want to consult an md if you haven't already
Considering that you had your first period 4 years ago I would suggest that you speak to a doctor about it.
Sometimes it happens. Nothing to worry about, but you can go to your gynecologist to check it out.
It is possibly a hormone inbalance. No that isn't normal. I would see your Primary Care Provider.
My periods were not regular until I reached 21. There is nothing to worry about.
