What is a good meal plan for me if I want to gain a bit of fat?

I AM 19 NOT 30!
I don't do any cardio, seeing as I am naturally thin. I hit the gym and lift weights for 30-60 minutes 4-5 days a week.
I lose weight so fast it's not funny! I have been short on money for the past few days and I seem to have just shrunk.

Typically, I don't follow a meal plan. I eat when I'm hungry and try to fore feed myself protein throughout the day.
I will usually eat like this, and there is no specific times I eat.
Morning; slice of wholegrain toast or two with peanut butter.
Pre-gym; banana or a chocolate and nut bar.
Postgym; (at my hungriest) protein shake and some sweets like chocolate or candy.
Snack; Protein shake with water.
Lunch; Tuna on toast.
Snack; I eat a lot of chocolate so maybe something like 3 handfuls of peanut eminems.
Dinner; Chicken breast.

I am 5'4 and I weigh 57 kilos.
What is a good meal plan for me if I want to gain a bit of fat?
