Becoming blind or becoming deaf?
I find this question very hard to answer because it's both not fun at all...
Becoming blind is worse. If you're deaf, you can still navigate the world on your own and enjoy the view. You don't have to be afraid of being hit by a car or having to rely on a dog. You can use the computer normally. Communication would be a problem, but people can still write down what they said to you.
Being blind has no advantages and you can do so much more with sight.
Being deaf (looking on the brightest side) you don't hear annoying sounds. you can still read and write, go places and experience things and communicate
Sometimes I wish I was deaf, some people are just so annoying. But being blind makes life 100 times harder and you can't enjoy many of the simple things. Stuff like a movie or the sparkle in your wife's or children eyes.
Being blind... I really LOVE music, and listen to it daily.. But the world is so beautiful.
The colors, the nature, the people and their creations... Too much too miss
