Guys, should I tone my ass abit?

I will start by describing my body i am 15 i have 34D bra size a very toned tummy and timy waist my hips are very wide and my ass is very wobbly and fat my thighs are giant too.

Its become a real problem now my ass doesn't fit in any clothes and my hips are so wide that i dont fit in the slide at my local park (well its a very tight squeeze)

1. For one the way measurements & descriptions go, you have a very attractive body for sure
2. Measurements can never justify the appearance when depicted in a pictorial manner :)
3. A wobbly ass doesn't necessarily mean fat content, it could be genetically that way too even if it's skipped a few generations :)
4. But yes some good exercises for the legs and glutes should take care of the toning part - I think you should try that, will make you feel better & fitter too :)

Toning will only do so much. You're at an age where hormone cause weight gain, and it sounds like you're gaining weight. It is difficult to lose weight once gained, so try a healthy diet with your healthcare provider's help.

get exercising and get your butt and hips toned up and tight. A bit of effort there will pay dividends
