Has anyone had an improvement in acne after not eating dairy, soy, and wheat?

I have started reading labels of my food because I was having a lot of digestion issues and skin issues. I have tried to cut out gluten, dairy, added sugar, and soy products. It's been hard but I'm determined to clear my acne and my digestive issues. So does anyone avoid these products and if so how is your skin, hair, nails, and overall health? Would you recommend it?
