Most personal trainers and doctors will tell you, that you can have one or two (maximum) "cheat days" a week.
So if you eat junk food two out of the seven days a week, you should be ok. Of course, some health extremists may tell you ONE time is "horrible" but if this was the case, we would all be dead right now.
I know some people who are lucky, live off junk food and are in fine health and never gain weight. On the other hand, some people are born unhealthy.
In all actuality, it depends on the person, their health status, age and gender. But once a week should be ok for most people.
