Myth or fact. Don't go swimming right after a meal?

I went to look two days ago , as we were discussing myths and I came upon the site "How Stuff Works" usuall they do some digging and they say its a Myth ,
Other sites asks the question differently "Do you increase your risk by going swimming after eating a meal. I can't find the site , but it was from a medical site deep in research and went into depth of what happens in our bodies during exersize and digestion.
They came to the conclusion that it increases your risk.
What is the risk depends where you are swimming , how vigorously , what you ate , how in shape you are. Nobody sets a risk factor , so increasing your risk is kinda of misleading. If its 1 chance in a billion , and it increases by 10% , well the risks are still low.
Maybe we shouldn't cross the English Channel on a full stomach.
Yes go swim , its all myth
Its ok to swim, not all myth , but still unlikely
Don't swim - I believe what my mom told me
Don't swim if you're a poor swimmer and you had a big meal
Its doesn't matter, it increases to risk still the likelihood is negligable
