How much weight can I lose?

i weigh 128 and I wanna weigh 105 how long will it take me to loose this? I wanna get to 105 within a month and a half or two month at the longest. I only eat about 500 calories a day and do about an hour of cardio daily.

of course keep it off but I mean I wanna get there as fast as possible. then when I reach that I will continue to keep up my routine.

umm I'm used to eating very little because I used to be a really really big girl. but my stomach has shrank and I can't eat very much. I eat anything I don't cut out anything as long as it doesn't go past 500 calories. I usually eat healthy stuff though.

and I don't starve myself. I just can't eat a lot. and if you knew what I ate, 500 calories is a lot of food. because the foods I eat are low in calories. but I still reward myself with treats every so often.

umm no. I don't use diet shakes or pills or anything like that. I take taekwando and that burns a lot of calories. I eat whole eggs sometimes just egg whites. milk, fish veggies and fruits. the only thing I don't eat is fast foods or greasy things.

its just the amount of it that eat. I don't have an eating disorder according to my doctor. I'm perfectly fine.

breakfast: a regular mini hamburger 190 cal


i never use to eat lunch or


dinner: veggie dumplings: 3 pieces 140 cal, 1 whole egg 90 cal


snacks:peanuts
