Hard to say. The bigger you are, the more you'll lose in the first few weeks, but it gets harder to lose weight as you get thinner. When I lost 45 pounds back as a teenager I took off the first 20 pounds in a couple months by running 3 miles a day and eating right. I'd say at least 20 isn't out of the question.
The real question is "How much can you keep off?" Because it will be easy to eat right when you are surrounded by people who are exercising and eating right and there's no bad food available. But after those 6 weeks, you'll be able to eat whatever you want. Learning to control that is the kicker. losing weight is easy compared to that. I know because I've been through it and I still go through it sometimes.

It depends on factors such as what was already mentioned. Genetics also has to do with it as well. Either way, don't get frustrated if you don't lose as much as you had hoped. It's usually a gradual process with proper diet and physical activity.
Its hard to say. I went to fat camp when I was 12 and stayed 4 weeks and lost 25 pounds. Most people there lost a lot too. But there's also people who go there who don't need to loose weight, they're called weight maintainers. They're going to push you to loose weight, you're practically doing exercises and activities every hour since you wake up.
Which camp are you going to?
if you lose it in a safe and healthy manner and you don't have any health issues affecting your ability to shed access weight my guess would be a range from 10-20lbs.

healthfully? 3-12 pounds. That means .5-2 pound weight loss per week which is recommended by dietitians and doctors.
Not quiet sure. If you exercise regularly and with a good diet, no junk food at all, you could lose about 3-4 lbs a week.
Depends how fat you are. If you have a lot to lose sometimes you can lose upwards of 5lbs a week. It is recommended usually to lose 2lbs a week. So I'd say anywhere between 12-20lbs.
