Why am I not losing weight?

I'm a normal weight, but I want to tone up and lose 10 pounds. I eat around 1200-2000 calories a day and I work out everyday for 1-2hrs a day. My workouts usually burn between 500-1200 calories a day. I've been doing this for 6 weeks and I've lost NO weight.

I've toned up a little bit and my physical strength is MUCH better than it was when I first started working out, but if I'm running 3-5 miles a day, spending 45 min. on an elliptical, AND biking...how can I not be losing weight?
