You're gaining muscles. I even sometimes gain weight if I exercise regularly at the gym. It's very discouraging, I know...
Try to focus not on your weight, but on how you feel, how your body feels. Doesn't it feel amazing, like you have lots of energy and are just fitter than you were before? If you want to measure your progress, take a measuring tape and measure your chest, waist, hips, and arms about once every month or every two months.
I often find myself in a situation where I haven't lost any or even gained weight, but my friends say I've lost weight. Must be the muscles, since muscles are leaner and heavier than fat.

probably even though the quality of food you eat is decent, you are eating too much of it.
you have to eat less than you need to sustain your current weight,
youll need to find out what you need to eat and eat less.
I am not sure it sounds like you ned to but one thing would be is that muscle weighs more that fat so you may not have lost pounds but you may have slimmed down some. I think 10 pounds of muscle takes up 75% of the space of 10 pounds of fat.
Health is more than just the weight you are probably a lot healthier than you were.

Um why do you need to lose weight? My aunt does a lot of working out (and I mean a very very large amount) and weighs probably a little bit more than you with about the same height. Even though she weighs more than me, she's still skinnier and looks like she's in her twenties when she's over forty. Don't worry about weight, just worry about staying healthy, drinking plenty of water, getting enough sleep, and taking your vitamins.
