So I am 5'7, 160 pounds. I have an hour glass figured, firm butt, very small waist, flat stomach, B cup etc. I have been to the gym almost everyday in the past 2 months. Starting out I would do 20-30 min of cardio than some weights but in the past month I have been doing at least an hour of cardio and 20-30 min of weights a day. I eat very healhly, no prosessed foods (no KD, side kicks, hot dogs, bacon etc,) I only eat fish, veggies, lots of fruit, milk, cheese, whole grain breads and water (8-10 cups) but I Haven't noticed that I am stronger, but why am I not losing weight?ce a single pound coming off.
