I haven't read any of your books but I love Christmas. Maybe think of a Christmas story that doesn't have the typical, predictable "Hallmark" ending. I remember a friend of a friend gave me a summary of a book she was writing, just to see if I liked it. It wasn't about Christmas but it was a typical, "boy meets girl, they love each other, then have problems but come together in the end..." She had a major twist in the end! The girl ended up getting cancer when they were together and pushed him away, because she didn't want him to see her die and him end up alone type thing. He stood by her and to make a long story short, said they'll get married as soon as she's cured (because she didn't want him to commit until she was cured). Her doctor told her she was basically in remission and cured. She called him while he was at work and told him. He said he was leaving to celebrate "and make wedding plans with her". On his way home, he died in a car accident! I was shocked! I didn't know if I should laugh or cry lol It was just a four page summary she gave to a few people but to this day, it still sticks in my mind. I'd actually like to read some of your writings. I can tell you're talented.
Thank you so much for this! I will try to write something like that. Thanks for the idea! That was a very good story.
You're welcome. I think that story still sticks in my mind because I was waiting for the typical happy ending lol but it was tragic! Threw me for a loop..
Yeah definitely did for me too.
I thi know it should be something better than the Fifty Shades of Gray I've always wanted to write something like that but have a co-pilot to run things across and see if that's how they see it because Fifty Shades of Gray was okay but it could have been so much better
Write about a massive generation ship built carved into a huge asteroid modeled on LA and the surrounding aria. It's been in space for 300 years generation after generation has lived and died abord. It's the only world they know. Make it speculative. Focus on the tech the culture the way of life.
how about writing about this since you have already researched the subject
20% of Gen Z members supposedly are "neurodivergent" Is this a scam? ↗
Me having an arranged marriage with @Circushowcowboy. So, a comedy. XD
Haha that would be fun to write lol
Haha I bet.
Lmao oh lord
Why don’t you write about the Scottish have invaded Miami they’re here for the World Cup. They’re playing Brazil today and they’re all over the place. My friend took these two pictures of them today at a nice mall in Miami

I always love a true story. Sorry I can't give you any idea though. 😐
It's okay. Thanks anyways.
Nope. Give me a moral quandary with irrevocable life changing impact for the protagonist the antagonist and a multitude of innocent bystanders. Leave the outcome ambiguous.
I chose therapist/client falling in love because it is more of a forbidden kind of love.
Thanks! I think I will.
How she became a devout follower of Christ after trying to figure out how to heal him.
Well, witch or a vampire story would be very intriguing in my opinion.
Incubus falls in love with a succubus.
Hmm... that's very interesting. Thanks!
Write a story about the Devil. 😈
Lol thanks.

Nice work actually finishing a story—that’s rarer than people think.
A few directions you could try:
1. Same universe, different lens
- Write from the guy’s POV this time.
- Or follow a side character who had a small role.
2. New story, similar depth
- A sibling dealing with being “the healthy one” in a family focused on another child’s diagnosis.
- A friendship instead of romance, where loyalty is tested by mental health crises.
3. Completely new angle
- A character hiding a major secret (illness, identity, past crime) and how relationships form around what’s *unsaid*.
