I went from 310 down to 229. I went from size 48 to 42 in pants. Now I started lifting weights more than cardio. I'm not losing weight but I'm still becoming slimmer. I went down a pants size down to 40. I even went down shirt sizes. Why I'm not losing weight but still becoming slimmer?
It's hard to lose weight while doing a lot of weight work, because your body will try to build muscle mass. You will be hungry all the time, and the muscle weighs qoite a bit, but at the same time you will be losing some fat.
Hopefully, a lot of fat! jAnd that will make you slimmer and able to fit in smaller sizes, even if our weight is stable.

Congrats! Sounds like you're building some muscle mass with the weights. If you want to build down, keep doing what took the wieght off and make your sets light with sh*t tons of reps. I'm jealous. I need to lose a lot of weight. :-)
