I weighed myself this morning, empty stomach, no clothes and it came to 100 lbs.
I went from 105 lbs to 100 lbs in a very short time and I have no idea why I'm losing weight.
But I eat all my meals, I don't exercise other than walking around the neighborhood or walking up stairs inside of taking the elevator.
Also, I'm a vegetarian so that might have something to do with it
When I ate meat I weighed 110-115 (in high school). Got to college, stopped eating meat and my weight dropped to 105 and now 100.
Any thoughts or ideas?
