Why I keep losing weight? When I eat about the same quantities of food? I start to become afraid of anorexia?

I started to think seriously about this today.

During the summetime (June-August) i was like 120-125 pounds. And i stated decreasing slowly since 3 months ago, like losing 2 pounds per month. i was thinkng like "ok sometime i will stop"... but today i made a big decision and decided to stop that and try to gain back my lost weight. i stepped on the scale today and i was just 113 pounds... my BMI is just 17.8 now : O

Although tbh, sometimes i avoid eating when it's late at night and i feel hungry, and i tend to eat only when i'm hungry and yet i'm curious about the quantities in food.

Also what surprises me most, is that i basically eat stuff like french fries, chicken nuggets, beef burgers, etc mostly which are consindered "fattening" foods plus i add lots of ketchup on my food.

The desicion was made when i met a "special" friend (special because it's a friend who has seen me lots of times naked, if you catch my drift) of mine today and she told me that i must be curious about anorexia, since she's noticed that i look thinner and thinner evertime we meet and when i don't wear clothes i look like a person who have some disease :-/

The line "after some point the body will lose more and more weight no matter how much you eat" she said, shook me up.

Firstly i thought that anorexia and stuff like that were just my mother's motherly fears, because i was thin, so i didn't take it seriously, but now i'm very curious about it. :-(

Anyway, hope i don't end up one day in a hospital being 90 pounds or so... this sth that i don't want.
