How can I get motivated to exercise? (please answer)

OK I know I need to workout and lose probably 25-30 pounds and

I know I will feel better bout myself once I do. But the problem is everyone in my family is obese (I'm just overweight by a minimum of 15 pounds, cause I'm 5'6" and 175lbs) and my brother is at a healthy weight but lives about 2 hours away and nobody else is actively trying to lose weight.

I have muscle cause I do martial arts so I'm definitely not gonna be 125lbs and I look about 30lbs less than I actually am. I have already lost about 40 lbs but now its getting harder to lose weight.

I actually never ran constantly on a schedule for most of my life or lifted weights that much. I'm now trying to get on a schedule but I'm finding it hard to get motivated cause my family rarely says anything about my exercise or never motivates me and I don't talk to my brother that much. I also, had knee surgery back at the end of April. And I'm definitely not used to exercising this much. Cause I hope to run and lift weights/strengthening 4-5 days a week once I can get motivated constantly.

so does anybody have any advice on how I can get motivated to workout?
