I would really like to lose them all in a month, or at least half of them.
I know how to eat healthy, but I was wondering how much weight could I lose in a month if I ate really healthy and did one-two hours of cardio a day.
You can't lose 20 in a month, at least not in a healthy way. Plus, if you manage to lose 20 Ibs in a month, you will put it all back on. Also, your body will lose muscle weight instead of fat weight because when you crash diet your body protects it's fat, & does not get rid of it. If you want to lose weight, start eating healthy, exercising, & don't go overboard. A better goal would be to lose 1 or 2 pounds a week.
Exactly like She said you just won't loose fat But muscles and that isn't good as you will gain weight FASTER with less muscles the trick is to gain muscles to increase your metabolism and then loose fat not water and muscles so don't starve yourself eat health and work out it will take longer But At least it won't come back...
dalila, ... maybe you didn't understand, but I do eat and do exercise...
Eat lots of lean protein and do full body circuits like 5 days a week instead of 2 hrs of cardio everyday, that will hurt more than help.
what is that exactly?
it sounds like your DVD that you are using is actually more like circuits. Basically, it works your muscles and gets you more toned up. Sounds like a good plan, good luck!
thank you
really depends on the type and intensity of cardio you decide to do
I use the turbo jam disc set that includes "learn and burn" "20 minute workout" "cardio party" etc...
im not familiar but as a trainer, I highly suggest you look up HIIT, high intensity interval training.
thank you.
