There is no healthy way to drop weight quickly or else everyone would be doing it. I think the best option is to make the right choices in your diet and find some form of cardio that you enjoy. An hour a day and you'll be on your way.

it sounds like you need help so go to Weight Watchers. They are realistic and make it easy by providing you the desserts to replace the bad things you've been binging on.

Fastest reasonably healthy way is a protein sparing modified fast.
Have you stopped growing, height wise? I wouldn't suggest a very aggressive diet unless you have.Become a vegetarian and cut out extra sugar, drink plenty of water, eliminate bread that's not whole grain and still refrain from eating a lot of bread. Cardio is a good type of exercise too
