How can I lose weight quickly but healthily?

I'd like to lose at least 20 lbs, but 30 lbs would be great. I want to lose it in a couple of months, but I want to keep it healthy, so if that's too fast, I can stretch it out a bit. I've joined a gym and I've been going 5 times a week, so how much weight will I lose about? I know there's a lot of factors that go into it, but I eat healthy and now exercise more than I used to, so on average, about how much weight can a lose per month?
