Is this goal impossible?

Okay, well my birthday party is in about 3 weeks...and I want to drop to at least 135 lbs. (I'm about 145 now). It's a pool party btw.

Is there any way I can drop this much way healthily?

No crash diets or anything...just a healthy, and fast, weight loss?

Girls, please share anything you've done that has helped you lose weight quickly before! I don't wanna look too big in my bathing suit...
