Anonymous(30-35)+1 yi swear you will loose weight if you do this. you have to be extremely dedicated. eat a boiled egg or 2 and a piece of toast for breakfast. for a snack have a half a piece of fruit,perferably a grapefruit. for lunch eat a bunch of veggies with nothin on it with 4-6 ounces of lean meat, or even some chicken lunchmeat. Tuna with only mustard will help the most. snack,the other half of the fruit. dinner,eat a sh*tload of veggies with nothing on it and 6-9 ounces of lean meat. if you crave sweets I would have a plain cup of coffe with sweetnlow. or if you get dizzy have a couple bites of something with sugar. drink diet no cal drinks and tons of water. exercise,exercise,exercise! cardio is a lot of help! running,power walks,cycling,tredmile etc. this diet cuts out almost all sugar and when you exercise your body will have no choice but to the burn the stored sugar, yes you will feel lightheaded at time so a bite of a candy bar or some orange juice will help. positive mind state! and you have to be dedicated. goodluck!

the diet I gave you made me loose weight rapidly at first then mellowed out. its a remix of a weight watchers diet if you don't need to loose 15 lbs and up, don't bother with it.

You might want to try going vegan for a bit. I'm already a vegetarian but tried this for 2 weeks and lost 8 lbs. I didn't intend to lose weight and wasn't exercising or anything, so hopefully that means it would work for you!
Since a lot of snacks and desserts (chocolate, cookies, ice cream, etc.) all have dairy, this is mostly just a way to cut out unhealthy foods. The best part is you can eat whenever you want. Not eating meat is good for the environment too. Good luck with whatever you choose!02 Reply- +1 y
If we didn't kill cows,fish,poultry,pigs, or even deer. The animals would overun the land. boars already are being killed because they are overrunning forrests in the south and in russia. if we weren't intended to eat meat, there wouldn't be lions or sharks to eat their fair share as well, its about poplation control and things our bodies are designed to consume. I don't understand vegetarian diets, if its cause you dislike meat that completely understandable, but if its cause you think all like deserves to not be used what its for then I dont. If you feel that way, why get shots to kill diseases, they are living cells to.

Excuse me, I wasn't trying to impose vegetarianism on anyone so please refrain from attacking me with your views. I personally don't like meat, and that is why I became a vegetarian. I suggested going vegan *for a bit* because it's an easy way to lose weight by cutting out many junk foods. It is a FACT that eating foods from lower trophic levels is better for the environment, but I have no problem with people who eat meat; you should accept others' lifestyles as well.

+1 yPretty much any proven weight loss plan/attempt you try will show good results over the course of a few weeks. Most of them plateau out after about a month, though.
I have lost about 50 lbs since the early summer. Most of that weight came off over the first couple of months, then it started slowing down.
Drink lots of water.
Work out regularly.
Eat foods that are low in calories, fat, and sodium and high in protein.
Make sure any bread/grain products you eat (pasta, breads, cereals) are made from whole wheat/whole grain.
Always leave yourself about 4 hours minimum in between dinner time and bed time, and don't eat anymore solid food after dinner.
Cut out liquid calories. This means don't drink any sodas or juices. The reason why is because they make it very very hard to monitor your calorie intake and even the "healthy" ones (V8 juice, fruit juices) are just as bad for you as they are good for you because they are always high in either sodium or sugar.10 Reply

+1 yWork out with weights and go swimming... well, that's what I do. Don't be afraid to use weights...girls think they'll bulk up like men but they don't. They erroneously CHOOSE to be big and fat because they're afraid of putting on a little muscle. DUMB!

+1 yTHE FASTEST WAY TO LOSE WEIGHT, and this is the real deal; count your calories! Find a website that will calculate how many calories you need to eat to maintain your weigh and minus that by 500 calories to lose pounds a week. This works, I've lost 5 pounds in a week. Its easy to stick to with research and figuring out your portion sizes and reading how the back of boxes what the serving sizes are. This honestly is the only thing that has worked for me; also with light exercise.
00 Replypilates, if yo do it correctly for like 5 minutes you'll be exhausted on the floor dripping with sweat and I never sweat from workout intesity only the duration matters, you do those for 30 minutes a day every other day and you'll be real tone in a few weeks

+1 yYou could do the stupid and fast way of losing weight like I did and risk losing your hair. I skipped lunch at my college for 1 semester. Then I walked about 20 blocks away from my school and then back. Or you could do the smart thing and discipline yourself by going to the gym or jog with someone. The person your with should be able to help you stop yourself from indulging in fatty and high cholesterol food.

On the fourth day you eat small portions of celery or carrots and only drink water. She did this for three weeks and dropped 15 pounds. She said it was death, but it worked.

Starving yourself will have the opposite affect as the lack of food makes your body store any food you do have for energy/nutritional purposes.
Eating little and often (of the right foods) is much more effective.
Drink plenty of water- sometimes hunger is actually dehydration.
And this may sound silly but EAT SLOWER...eating your food slowly helps your body recognise when its full.
Exercise more often.
Substitute white bread or pasta for wholemeal.

Yeah you may lose it fast but as soon as you start eating again it will pack on within a few weeks so not a good method if you want to keep a low weight. I lost a lot of weight years ago just walking twice a day on my treadmill.. it was boring but the twice a day thing shed it majorly.

Why not eat just the carrots and celery every day instead of fasting? Eating the food will up your metabolism but since celery is negative calories and carrots are very few it will be the same caloric intake as fasting...just with a higher metabolism..right? My friend does something similar. She fasts like 5 days of the week and then eats whatever she wants the additional 2 days.
