1. Have you had any experience using this diet? How was it?
2. One source said that we should not drink cold water. Wtf? All I've read before this is cold water can even make you burn calories more because your body needs more energy to warm up the water to body temperature. Besides, I live in a humid city, 25-35°C. I often crave for cold things for fuck's sake. So I call bullshit on this. Or can anyone tell me a scientific reason behind this?
