30lbs in a week? not going to happen. I lost half of that in a week when i first started dieting, but in reality half of that weight was probably my body getting rid of all the junk food i had been eating.
Cut out all the crap food and eat LOTS of fruit and veg. cut down on the carbs and sugar and drink nothing but water. EXERCISE!
Basically just eat healthy. Have some fruit for breakfast and again for a mid morning snack. for lunch have a chicken/tuna salad (no dressing) and for dinner have some chicken breast, rice and lots of veg to fill you up. for desert have an apple or something.
You'll soon find out you can actually be really full up by eating a shit ton of salads and veg etc. and still loose a lot of weight.

Lol impossible. Eat one can of tuna then do a mix of cycling 1-2 hours in morning and 1-2 hours in afternoon. Get plenty of sleep, drink a lot of water
-this will be the quickest way... first few days you will be light headed but after about half a week your body should be feeling better... but 30 pounds is a ridiculous goal... if you went backpacking you may have a chance otherwise you are screwed on this one.
No way to lose weight, especially as much as 30lbs within just one week. All those binge-diets and insane workout routines that claim to be able to do that will do nothing but shed you of a lot of water weight and maybe help you lose a few pounds due to that, but it's horrible for your body to go to such extremes so you'll gain it back and then some fairly quickly.
Just cut as many processed foods as you can out of your diet. Double the amount of fruits/vegetables, do a brisk hour long jog/walk each day with maybe some crunches and arm curls when you get back and you'll hopefully be able to shed a bit of weight within a week in a more healthy, sustainable manner.
What do you wanna lose that much weight for exactly?
My advice: if it is for any other reason than your personal well-being, don't do it.
Also, if you're already a normal weight for your height you shouldn't expect to lose that much weight at a very fast rate since you're metabolism will try to adjust to any changes in diet or exercise regime which means it will make it take longer and harder for you to lose weight since your body knows that you don't actually need to.

That's not wise at all. The only way to do it would be to practically starve yourself and exercise a lot which would not only put your body into starvation mode (which defeats the point when you start eating again) but it's dangerous because your body wouldn't have enough nutrients to perform exercise.
I recommend you do it the right way instead of randomly deciding to lose loads of weight before an important date. That's not realistic.You want to lose 30 pounds in a week?

Not possible. The only effective way to lose weight and keep it off is to change your lifestyle. Cut down on carbs and fat, and start exercising. You have to maintain a calorie deficit.

There is no way to lose 30lbs in a week. If there was, it would be shouted from every rooftop. The most you can safely lose per week, with serious calorie control and tons of exercise, is maybe 2lbs.Stick a finger down your throat after you eat and exercise.
Not healthy would not recommend. Starving yourself would work but you'd soon go into starvation mode and when you start eating again it would tend to want to store your food as fat.

Almost impossible, but if you have really high stamina and don't fall sick, then it's possible, or quicker way go sick for a week, it can really kill weight.
This is really unhealthy, but you could try the Beyoncé lemonade diet. But after you do what you need to, please stick to a healthy diet and excercise. That's the best way to keep weight off.
