Twelve ounce curls. Just kidding, I hardly ever drink any alcohol. But I also do not do fitness classes. I do physical therapy exercises for my shoulders three times a week at the gym, followed by 20 minutes to a half hour on a stationary bike.
I'm into Fitness; Fitness this whole Stromboli in my stomach.
Yoga is like "aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah" such a relief, I love it. But working out, you know, the regular way, going to the gym and shit, is what I do and I like it too, but yoga is amazing! I feel so free spiritually.
I hate fitness classes of any type. I always feel like I'm falling behind or get a bit bummed when people twice my age are doing much better. I'm way more into just going to the gym and doing my thing solo.

i usually work out on my own but my favourite classes r boxing, which i go to every once in awhile. makes me feel so badass lol.
I usually work out on my own. I used to learn ballet tho, gave it up to learn rhythmic gymnastics. My fave of them all would be yoga, which I also do on my own. Boxing too, but I only go there occasionally now..
Intensity interval, because it's very effective. Boxing/kickboxing because it's fun and also very effective. Dancing like Zumba is also fun, but less effective.
Fitness class? Zumba. Even though I'm totally a white girl who can't dance worth shit.
But mostly I like to just do it on my own.

I do a 3 for 1 kickboxing, Zumba and abs class that I absolutely adore. I think it's fantastic.
I have a set of exercises that I do daily in my home gym that works on everything, plus my work is physical so I get out in big open spaces often!
There's a thing called "The Grid" where I work out and sometimes I join in, but I don't work out to fuck my shit up so I can't lift the next day so I don't do it that often.
Mixed martial arts, hands down. I am currently doing Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
dance class is fun. Makes me feel like I'm in grade 1 again
Core classes are my favorite type of class, but I rarely go to them. Once you take a few, you can recreate them at home - the only thing is finding the motivation to do core at home or by yourself.
interval classes there is soooo many choice and cross fit well there is a fine line between it being and really good and awful at times
I love all of these. Spinning is amazing in the afternoon when you're super pumped, but yoga is great for the morning. I'd have to put a preference on core though, I always feel fantastic after it.
Yoga. I go for flexibility training. And to hit on the instructor, if she's hot.
